Air is sucked in through the 3 holes on the outside and led into a chamber in the inner part. In the chamber, the air is then supplied to the water in a circular pattern through 6 holes. Thus the Water jet optimally coated with air.

Limescale is not a problem for GREENJET, as the 9 air holes only allow air to be sucked in through the holes and therefore no limescale builds up there.
If limescale does build up, you can put Greenjet in a commercially available descaler and use it again in the shower.
