1.  Scope

At Greenjet GmbH, we are proud of the quality of our products and therefore offer a guarantee of 10 years for all metal parts at Greenjet shower and tap.

Plastic parts (sieves and seals) have 2 years of warranty. This guarantee begins in parallel to the statutory guarantee of 2 years and ends 10 years after the date of purchase.


  1. What the guarantee includes

Our guarantee covers all material and manufacturing errors.

The services covered by the guarantee include:

- Repair or exchange of the defective product or the defective parts

- Costs for sending the repaired or replaced parts to you


  1. Exclusion criteria

The guarantee does not apply to:

- Damage due to improper use, abuse or negligence

- Normal wear, including scratches, dents or discoloration

- Damage due to improper installation or maintenance

- Damage caused by external influences such as fire, water, lightning stroke or other natural disasters

- Products that were changed or repaired without our written consent


  1. Assert a guarantee claim

To assert a guarantee claim, please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@greenjet-germany.de and enter your order number, the purchase date and a description of the problem.
  2. Our customer service will inform you about the next steps and, if necessary, arrange a return of the product.
  3. Send the defective product or the defective parts to the address given by our customer service. Please make sure that the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transport.

  1. Important instructions

- The decision as to whether a product is repaired or replaced lies at the discretion of Greenjet GmbH.

- This guarantee applies in addition to its legal rights and does not restrict them.

- When replacing the product or individual parts, the guarantee period does not start again.
